About Us

Wynnum Medical & Melanoma Centre has been a trusted name in the Brisbane Bayside community since 2017. We're a woman-owned, purpose-built practice located in the Morton Town Shopping Centre — directly opposite Chemist Warehouse, with ALDI and allied health right on our doorstep, and plenty of free parking for you and your patients.

We're open 7 days a week and known locally for our innovation, modern facilities, affordability, and easy accessibility.

​

Our current team includes 2 male and 2 female GPs, a team of reliable nurses and friendly receptionists, as well as a psychologist, dietitian, podiatrist and physiotherapist — all working collaboratively under one roof. Our demand consistently keeps growing with the local population.

About the Role

You'll have the freedom to shape your own practice:

​

  • See a full range of general presentations, or focus on your own special interests​

​

  • We're particularly well known for skin cancer diagnosis and treatment — with in-house training and support if this is an area you'd like to build on​

​

  • Additional services on offer: ear microsuction and syringing, ECG, immunisations, skin procedures, biopsy, mole removals, iron infusions, wound care, spirometry, medical examinations for driving lisence, PRP injections and venesection​

​

  • A steady, high-volume patient base means you can fill your calendar quickly — no slow ramp-up, no cold start

Contractor Position

Gross $500K+ p.a. Potential

  • Earn minimum 65% commission

  • Flexible working hours and days

  • Your choice of private or bulk billing

  • Automatic, accurate invoicing with full Medicare billing compliance

  • Convenient rooms, hours and location

  • ECG, PRP and ear microsuction machines provided

  • All surgical instruments and general treatment supplies provided

  • Nurse support in performing health assessments, careplans and skin procesures

  • Regular manager monitoring on performing recalls and reminders

What We're Looking For

  • FRACGP / FACRRM or equivalent

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Current medical indemnity cover

  • If subject to DWS/DPA restrictions: 6 months or less remaining on moratorium
